Biotech Technologist Position Available

9 Q: ?0 j- g5 Z) m1 ZPosition Overview: Under minimal supervision, work as a technologist in a startup biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) in Edmonton. Responsible for the execution of experiments in a laboratory using well-established techniques. Other duties include routine lab maintenance and assist with ordering. 1 g# D! A0 {; L0 H, M1 X) C

Extensive experience in mammalian cell culture is required, in particular high-throughput or large-scale environment.
A7 v: T: Z9 ^; b! Z4 G4 c9 d n+ s0 S8 R, y; n5 a
Practical knowledge of common molecular biology techniques is desirable, particularly in PCR, plasmid construction, DNA sequence analysis and western blotting.

7 D! Z9 j N3 {- M5 d6 o AHave good record keeping habits and abilities, suitable to maintain accurate and complete records.
