Position Overview: Under minimal supervision, work as a technologist in a startup biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) in Edmonton. Responsible for the execution of experiments in a laboratory using well-established techniques. Other duties include routine lab maintenance and assist with ordering. ' R' u& h% _, f a

Skills and Abilities Required
& v- z9 P' {* }6 \6 R9 @% F. c0 ^Extensive experience in mammalian cell culture is required, in particular high-throughput or large-scale environment.2 i1 M7 t7 U2 o8 {8 z/ c1 g3 L
6 A/ E7 A, ~0 M5 }Practical knowledge of common molecular biology techniques is desirable, particularly in PCR, plasmid construction, DNA sequence analysis and western blotting. % f# S3 O/ t+ ^4 Q1 O5 t

Have good record keeping habits and abilities, suitable to maintain accurate and complete records.
