Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.
9 k, S. K- u1 J9 U! O5 hBought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
: N' d4 }* n; g8 S5 n- |& Kand loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
: W2 U& N) y, j  H# i' ^- E' ^: @That unit worths $160,000 this month.
Don't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
I am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
2 T0 N' p% I$ j4 c. m, HWell, it is still the highest ever for my currency exchange history.
