Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.
4 m. g# _( K' x/ vBought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
! K( F; ]( V' a* d/ |" ?( ~8 ?( Band loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
That unit worths $160,000 this month.
+ v1 V0 \% n- E' v& BDon't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
2 {5 o( A5 O4 U2 ^* e) H- jI am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
/ m$ u7 p! ~7 PWell, it is still the highest ever for my currency exchange history.
