烤蛋糕

• 1/2 cup butter

• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if you like the flavor, otherwise, none)! O0 o6 ~1 b0 j$ E( W, i
• 1 1/2 cups sifted flour or all purpose flour (former is better)' y6 X9 B4 y' R5 U
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
2 O2 Z( } k1 V( ]6 y• 4 eggs, well beaten: L1 C; D( T& c* \) t: X0 {

+ A1 N" O" H/ K; {Beat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition. 9 b. w1 P3 H6 Z% A3 Q5 D
Turn into greased and floured 8-inch tube pan or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
* o1 o& { s/ z/ I0 u! ]0 WBake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered./ H9 H, D! ]4 u U$ ~' Y
9 p0 S# [7 M1 _( ~9 O这是yellow cake,我最喜欢的,又简单。ingredients 我一般比较严格执行,否则变味,但是我通常要把糖的用量减至3/4到2/3,洋人用糖量太大,太甜了。但如果你认为cake mix的甜度适合你的口味,就用上述的量。

检查是否烤熟的办法: 用牙签插一下cake中间,若没有什么粘在牙签上就熟了。 |
