烤蛋糕

• 1/2 cup butter

• 1 1/2 cups sifted flour or all purpose flour (former is better)

• 4 eggs, well beaten+ ^& f9 n: D: m# C2 Q

* Z$ P' y1 {- B1 B) i6 ^Beat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition. 1 P/ Q. _: m! U. t* [% C
Turn into greased and floured 8-inch tube pan or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. 0 q( A% I) O* G
Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered.9 F/ m; D' D" W7 i8 z, c
% H$ p- }0 B- F1 w; W/ y5 j( l/ @这是yellow cake,我最喜欢的,又简单。ingredients 我一般比较严格执行,否则变味,但是我通常要把糖的用量减至3/4到2/3,洋人用糖量太大,太甜了。但如果你认为cake mix的甜度适合你的口味,就用上述的量。

检查是否烤熟的办法: 用牙签插一下cake中间,若没有什么粘在牙签上就熟了。 |
