• design, develop and monitor client-centred programs and activities

• identify community needs and trends

• advocate, educate, promote cross-cultural respect & understanding of immigrants, visible minorities & other at risk or multi-risks groups) E2 a$ c. h2 B8 _6 ?. w" u y
• work with community and social agencies/groups to raise awareness of systemic issues affecting people from a broad socio-economic spectrum to social policy makers and to lobby for social changes in society, legislation and systems.8 A* b# u9 B& L! W$ x
• Identify funding opportunities and resources that enhance the agency programs/services and staff

4 V) E9 W4 W* A% R3 t# v# B, e, y- University degree in a related field; ! A- K. ?) G+ i4 Z9 Q. D# b
- Knowledge of leadership and management principles as relate to nonprofit / voluntary organization;
- {+ P6 B: s- s2 @3 k1 z' q- Knowledge of human resources management, financial management, project management, fund development and organizational management;
/ a, a/ i9 V- w: U+ ^: }% w- 2 or more years of progressive management experience in a voluntary sector organization 4 X- T) ~- W; a/ s
