• overall management of all agency projects/programs and services

• identify community and user needs and trends

• communicate the value of the organization to the public6 B: p3 D' x1 p

• coordinate and monitor significant programs through liaison/partnership with other community groups

• work with community and social agencies/groups to raise awareness of systemic issues affecting people from a broad socio-economic spectrum to social policy makers and to lobby for social changes in society, legislation and systems.$ [) `8 B- Y1 ]& j) ^2 T
• Identify funding opportunities and resources that enhance the agency programs/services and staff

- University degree in a related field;
7 i2 y$ ?! W6 k/ q2 T- Knowledge of leadership and management principles as relate to nonprofit / voluntary organization;% }. r$ }) S/ b% O
- Knowledge of human resources management, financial management, project management, fund development and organizational management;
( w8 n' H$ A' n1 ]" n- 2 or more years of progressive management experience in a voluntary sector organization # ~ e; } a7 ]; f; ]% A X9 e
