; |7 A: u- q9 i  b, C$ J: DJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.



  T: E+ O) F% a9 a; X0 F DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

: \# L- y7 R) {1 }- z1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

8 C: {4 ~$ a$ E; M$ w2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
  l( b/ [! g8 H6 D5 R! u) ~' |& Y
$ z  E( U2 O9 n$ |' d; m+ f3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

" ?4 ?: R  m: W% a6 j% `. y4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

0 s$ Z. T% [- N, L, @5 H, z2 G4 M  s1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

2) Cashier experience.
4 V5 w: v' j" R( L
* q" J1 l+ s1 H0 \7 p3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

/ _0 E- ~1 T, c: X4 Q4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.
