JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

( @" q0 h2 Q2 b8 N& s: z: y2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.
# Q1 `7 C2 i$ l! [# m9 W2 h# x8 j
+ t( B, h  i# \4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

8 \7 v* ?4 X/ r6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

0 q7 O2 b) a5 G8 e! @2) Cashier experience.
$ |& X3 T9 |3 r  F( g* ^7 J
3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

; P, P/ z% _& w5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
