JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ `8 a0 \4 _/ ^1 p$ o  |2 Z- m
4 s' M$ a& t& X* @8 I1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
! M- C/ L: P& W/ S
" e) V  r# F& m1 e4 n+ q1 w3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

9 T' D* _! d  T2 u5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

3 r, ^& O8 }* B; {) PQUALIFICATIONS:

1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.
2 a6 J* C2 {* L. R  k
4 e' q3 i; q9 P2) Cashier experience.

9 U4 T, _, ^2 U2 U4 h3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

* g8 }8 l% q8 c8 J4 G/ m4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
