Shifts:            8:00am to11:00am - Wednesday and Friday

JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

2 |0 u" ]$ s/ r, U; T( T% p DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

- t! @+ a) P7 i* ]( j7 L. `5 e2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
" \1 X' G- S9 a# ]) T
% y: j1 U; E8 V3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
0 X/ O. N  D) ]' G+ }
  @. D1 q& V$ g0 q1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

* _2 n8 x) b+ I$ }! @2) Cashier experience.
. M8 f  M6 A6 Z* l
3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

) W! z  |: W( v% l0 G( S+ m5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
