JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.



  m% r% \0 F2 ~/ Z# I DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
3 v3 a2 B2 X' K& T* J
0 M0 e, \8 B; C, H- ~1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

% x$ X; R0 A$ [! z2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

4 t' y* s1 @8 Z+ o4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

# G- Y7 C% _/ x5) Serve as cashier when required.

7 z) u" c5 X2 [9 M9 f7 F2 a7 m6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

- }9 O- v& d. vQUALIFICATIONS:

  s2 v# ^7 \- C6 i3 d1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.
3 _) B* F  v& Q+ E& S
2) Cashier experience.

. \4 O' ?7 ~, u) h  X3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

2 R: u/ p1 l- K; h4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.
