* j5 n* j. r1 Nc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
8 O4 K4 l8 @. U( z: E# a/ P; mand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
5 X) F1 [* V. _+ C4 e$ ]! o) gintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
! X% {  S8 ]. D. a( K" v( h(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
; d# J+ y; K% _* c8 I/ E3 P(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
