申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
% d" O4 l! W. g' L* _$ n+ M* Jb) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
4 ^. j9 C8 {  j0 i7 q' N8 gc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
% u+ N, M1 f- n( B1 Cd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
) q% q; P1 c7 E% K. l7 {and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
4 T- e$ R: }2 j1 }2 w' Zintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
7 Q, `' u" f( @! L3 B2 u3 X(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
/ D1 w( X4 G% Y8 |* k(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
; ~2 f. d( s/ g' z6 s(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
3 U! v6 I% }& F, A(e) A good team work player.
