申请者应满足如下条件:
+ t& @* |$ a$ T/ D& x4 La) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
  }) b! q; w% x! Gb) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
8 d4 `$ e  E/ @and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
# V$ t  C7 |% HPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
# y. J4 U/ p% D& M3 Y8 rintegrated system/circuit design.

% D  {6 K5 X7 u4 T: s: _+ ZThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
5 g* X: |. b" S2 c$ b(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
+ u# f8 L! N6 A. ^' L2 b(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
) v! |( q5 t# X, Y6 W(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
; h! ^8 ]; a/ Y$ F" u(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
