0 H: I+ G0 I) L( ^) p( BPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
* x/ r8 H' f- g2 ]8 }Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
8 j" e8 y  `  z: z" s6 b7 ointegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
; V# [7 u, i' d(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
