b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
3 F0 e8 N+ o) D1 n: ~1 ?enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
3 ]4 T/ P1 R) n  |5 @; n, MPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

2 Q3 p4 I7 D+ Y; K4 g# @! n4 eThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
7 t/ w( `1 L! L( ~/ @' p; ^) ^(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
: F4 w8 A0 p& Z/ o! Y# h(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
