Your main responsibility will be to operate a cube van, maintain, repair and clean residential recycling depots in the City of Grande Prairie.

operate cube van                                /maintain, repair and clean recycling depots
1 l( ^0 k7 F- flitter pick-up                                      /snow removal
assist customers with their recycling and directing them to the proper bin location for disposal
be available to work weekends           /assist in other areas of Eco Centre operations as required


3 u8 g, n( u1 W0 WSkills and abilities required for this position include:
: B4 j% }# U8 B; M: X* @good physical condition                   /have a valid Alberta class 5 Driver’s Licence with a clean driver’s abstract
knowledge of recycling and disposal options in Grande Prairie /certifications or the ability to attain, WHMIS and First Aid
ability to work effectively as part of a team     /have excellent customer service skills, enjoy interacting with customers; front-line customer contact is essential to the operation
a keen interest to contribute to a safe work environment

The current rate of pay is in accordance with the current C.U.P.E. collective agreement.
