say it again... this stuff works for stopping h.air loss. It won't

The Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from1 n7 \% u! {* `8 E
attacking your h.air follicle. Once I started using this, I noticed

+ A8 v k) K# }& a* Z
$ E. E @* r0 O0 Z) l3 CIt's a cheap solution and you can find it just about anywhere.

Tip #2: Buy Head & Shoulders Shampoo. I know that sounds

Tip #3: Don't wash your h.air every day. Unless you've got a job
; C4 x/ g% f0 n$ r+ W4 N/ O+ iwhere grease or other material is actually getting into your h.air,& j4 g3 a. D$ ?
there's really no reason to wash your h.air daily. Doing so, j* n- g" Y- P5 L% G* [
aggravates the h.air follicles and you might lose dozens of h.airs" x O- H! r# C B) v
with one h.air washing.

h.air is different than it was when you were a teenager, so don't" \9 q& P z6 m9 G$ [4 R# ~- j

Tip #5: Don't blow dry your h.air. I know, easier said than done.

# ]5 z$ \7 b& }- A1 K ^4 sIf you absolutely must dry your h.air, set the temperature to cold

h.air might not fall out then, it could fall out days later from the# H; p0 n) g6 R3 `* X! D. I2 D/ B1 c
trauma you caused it.

Tip #6: You've already read my story on Provillus, so I won't go1 C! V! ]7 }. q6 _* Z( l8 X) D
into it too much here. But Tips 1 through 5 are about keeping your+ o) t7 J/ Q' K+ j2 G
h.air from falling out. Taking Provillus will help regrow h.air.
