You should hire a mechanic to do it for you. It's just hard to crawl under a car to do the job.

甚麽是冷卻液？冷氣的 refrigerant/ Freron 還是機器的 anti-freeze/ coolant?

打开水箱下面的plug,放出旧的；然后从上面加新的。这样是部分换，因为发动机里的还没放出来。

如果彻底换，就要连发动机下面的PLUG也打开，然后最好是FLush一下。加完后不要忘了排净系统里的空气（有的不用，因为有专门的排气管）

COOLANT不同颜色不能混用。买来的COOLANT有混合好的，可以直接加；有的要加50％的水（最好是蒸馏水)。

在网上找找，有比较详细的说明和步骤。如果你说明是什么车，可能问题要好回答一些。
