Develop and implement retention strategies for existing membership base
¨
) H/ x1 a/ l: S- w- {) L7 GAssist in the recruitment and development of new members
¨
( }1 h: {9 m/ A% ?. xCommunicate facility information to both internal and external members; respond to feedback
¨
" M% p6 @9 T  g% SEstablishment and maintenance of group memberships
& i+ \* A4 f1 p) f+ {¨
9 |' d" S0 A$ W6 u* {* jProvide leadership and support to Member Services staff

Administrative and clerical duties related to program delivery

Role model customer service excellence at all times

Qualifications:

* C7 ]0 J* B% j' yMarketing/Sales experience or interest
: K. b- l! L7 n) [¨
( S/ ?% M6 h- _* M& fStrong communication, writing and time management skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CLASS

Skilled with diverse clientele & a fast-paced work environment

First Aid and CPR certification
