Member Relations Coordinator

0 z% q6 \- u) W4 b2 \Develop and implement retention strategies for existing membership base

Assist in the recruitment and development of new members
/ ?8 d+ ~( {. m. w2 {: s¨
Communicate facility information to both internal and external members; respond to feedback

6 F( P1 ?" ]6 t4 X' GEstablishment and maintenance of group memberships

0 W- ^1 E+ O3 ~8 xProvide leadership and support to Member Services staff

Administrative and clerical duties related to program delivery

Role model customer service excellence at all times

Qualifications:

1 Z- h" |# v, n; L2 e) }  hMarketing/Sales experience or interest

Strong communication, writing and time management skills

( W8 f! ^- K( Q- S. _Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CLASS

First Aid and CPR certification
