同志们都这么沉不住气，要我说什么？
今年二月头我卖掉我的房子的时候，全新，有地板，1843sqft
) P* p8 g! N6 G- e( J3 G价格437000；一月买的一个2230sqft，全新，房子两边是小路，接近8000sqft的lot,地板、瓷砖等等，460000。
6 b9 D% g  u% h+ q这些如果是现在买需要多少钱？
所以今年的任务已经完成。给点余地明后年——就是我的观点。

如果没有第三次世界大战，大概15-20年以后，大多数edmonton居民需要花100万，才能住上一套像样的房子。
( ^" W6 ?1 [* n+ n这就是经济规律。

we can bet it. My guess is after 5 years, the oil price is around 30-50, the house price is almost the same of last yeasr or even lower--depents how strong the CAD is and how high the interest rate hikes
