JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-
& M4 p* l; S, t. uSU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
7 o( O5 @1 [. V$ W l% }Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
& J9 x5 |/ m8 a8 o8 R; d5 r1 X5 F Kof Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:% Y7 q! B" {7 O- V5 i
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning ! t- c3 q5 ]% O
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
- Z% g& B5 I3 p
1 T% l; k/ q) B5 _* }; u3 q2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
' q3 ~* k! o4 I* \print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.% e/ @9 ^% j/ ]1 W7 P5 G: s6 E. ] U
9 Z9 a, H+ y- y% p5 _( _9 Y3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
, }( A- W7 M/ @' k" ccourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and # q( E/ C7 R! h6 S
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

* F3 Y# I0 C7 u6 b9 Q5 N/ s4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

QUALIFICATIONS:
2 _ x# o0 }, s+ p1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
1 v; _5 U; o4 p$ r2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
6 t, G& f1 H- B2 e% k$ ]skills.2 l' c, m0 a) |, W
* ~- F$ ]+ N; b8 s! S+ o, {( X1 n: p8 t
3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
