of Course Pack production./ u5 z, P* V1 L; L
1 s/ d' Z2 b0 P/ ^( RDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
, _+ `+ n0 J/ f: k, M! |1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning 1 i* I: L/ U) R% H
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.

7 ?0 ?& K$ r6 c8 k; o* Q0 J2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including $ O. b8 ~4 z) Z' F/ s$ j2 |
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.' F! t/ V* O, z V2 O" d" B9 b
8 I" y" x9 F/ A. W/ ?9 H4 b3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of ; m' N6 I' o8 t% S" D! w4 r
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
# a% _6 Y$ v! r" Pkeeping appropriate and accurate records.

: K/ c0 V# w8 B4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment 7 Y' ]3 q2 b# k5 P) e. i2 b
failures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,
8 d5 P# b+ T5 _ \3 L" {% c' gand adhere to regulations as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS:
# |0 B8 c: A2 M! \% c/ O1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
% m- T& U3 b- D# \: Z2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
8 A( d) o. a8 iskills.
2 W% D3 ^! n4 i- `; d/ @. {' [/ H, V1 t; ~( N
3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful./ Y3 Q! [. l' a- h
4 n( l, a& y! J, _7 W
4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
0 ~; K, M0 ~% f5 J+ N% e( c; y2 h$ T
5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
