SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical + Q2 n; W2 A4 i" E0 @/ m
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects % B9 z7 Y" k6 i- j+ f
of Course Pack production.

5 N1 T. S4 q1 u; EDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:! H6 R8 _: J4 f) o1 ~% p( |1 e
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
8 N' {$ }: S8 y* J& K' Fof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
0 `8 N" m; x z4 N4 `
1 ~0 m$ \$ c% V. @2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
# \3 }# R/ a0 C& _' ]8 `9 N1 Tprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
9 c f& y( M# s# y1 m/ P8 T" c* t" s( I- ?5 g
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
# |8 U, g' i- R) Lcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment : P. v2 G0 o' \5 q T1 T) F
failures to the Operations Manager.' j- W$ F7 L _. I! }+ V
% V* l, p# T( A8 P5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, 0 H( B( m# J) x
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.4 Y+ L3 R- F" p Z

QUALIFICATIONS:
8 \4 J' w& k0 e& p1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
( i& w1 z: b1 f# n2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication ! r% G* C) {/ }7 k& q
skills.

. E5 e9 C4 u: K1 q+ h3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

' B; M" h a' A* k9 r Q4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.8 }* N+ |# }6 H: i1 F/ y, F
, a6 g+ d/ r( i* v' b2 u
5) Ability to work in high stress environment.5 K# d9 C( P4 x u' p. O4 d
