2 Q# u6 q E- i& y' CSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
9 a* c$ I, V$ p. |+ ~& y1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
; q& d5 f. f1 E( D) b& \of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.

( ~* J1 F5 G7 {, b; |2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
# T6 U# R7 ^, n6 Wprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.' Q0 D u7 Z# G+ x) E5 |
- S+ o) W9 ?) l5 ~ B; r3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of 6 l' y9 n3 u1 U3 m
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
& _4 [* Q z `; jkeeping appropriate and accurate records.

+ c0 f9 D) X! l ~4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
" E8 ^: m0 _$ {" Xfailures to the Operations Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:
0 L$ q% Z! M4 S- L% D1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent." G, d: E" W3 A" A
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication 4 P# x, w( D8 n: x; {# K& _
skills.

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.! h6 g! S5 R, l, c+ [

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
