JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- " S2 ]0 h* |& W' {, C: h
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical 4 ?9 U& F' s' a& X
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
6 D% h2 r8 P2 \' t3 ]) v2 fof Course Pack production.4 `/ p r+ Z2 C. q" O$ L! S2 g
5 c% V# v" M, ?# T0 }DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ O8 n! z1 G8 l$ ?1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
6 Z9 r* g7 L! ]of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.. o8 g# {% D$ [( N2 g/ v1 f

2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including / A+ I$ O: P" d, [! @
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

- ]6 _1 h1 e3 v9 S1 c3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
0 [' `+ f5 Z b' Z, \4 b( k2 k) V) ucourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
% C8 U! c4 j, S9 j- _keeping appropriate and accurate records.( n; t5 H$ A( s# ]

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

( O+ a% s! V7 i' O i2 \9 ^3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.% N) j! q8 j- L5 m0 U
