我觉得嘴馋一般有两种可能:一种是长时间没有做好吃的了;一种是特别喜欢吃一种食品。对于第一种情况,要隔段时间做些好吃,这样就不会一次进食太多;对于第二种情况,即使再喜欢吃的东西,也不会天天吃顿顿吃不厌。偶尔一次多吃些,下一,二顿少吃些,也就平衡了。而且,我发现如果一顿饭里,有很多菜,反而每种都吃的少,总量未必多, 既健康,又减肥。
