, |, M% p) h; |3 jIt is true the people who bought a house 2 years ago are smiling. But I am not sure if people who bought house 2 months ago are smiling and how long they will smile for. There are a lot of people smiling in this crazy market, but I believe there will be a lot of people crying in the future. The market will run its course.

You don't believe that indian guy. I do. Looking around, I can find lots of people like him. Where did they get money from? from saving, from bank, from capital gain, from equity gain, from drug trade, from things you can't imagine....however, it is true.

7月左右，时间两到3个月，这样就到11，12月左右了。7月正是高点，11月正是低点。难道在07年还有比我预测得更准的人吗？

4 _7 F: x% P# o不对吧。7月过2到3个月是9月10月。如果购房者相信房子进入上升通道，10月买进，到11月跌6%.
# \( A6 \+ n' B) Z9 S这个预言有一定价值，不过要在时间上打100分，还是牵强啊。
