5 e+ w, C$ F& u8 [- W- b) [" _0 `3 @. ?Now I think I get it clear: To change name before applying citizenship, we need to go through Registry (pay 250CAN, waiting for 6-8 )first, and submit the Name Changing Certificate to CIC for citizenship. (Passport and PR card can not be changed. )
