All I am trying to say is that lower Canadian Currency doesn't predict a crashed Real Estate Market. It might stimulate this market, as more US investors are coming to AB, because they spend less money digging our oil.
) Y) L! U% a# X. D) u, b) @It doesn't mean our housing price will increase neither, as it ties to many factors in the market. I would say we see a slow down in higher priced houses (>700 k), but a slightly increase in lower priced houses (250~400 k).

1 w3 N+ Y! @  m, V- X& H1 V, v/ f所以这种人根本就不用关心房价，一辈子踏踏实实租房了就行了。

/ q; C/ s. w3 n还一点买房只盯着房价也是个误区。其实当时上手时的利率也是张血盆大口。你可以算算利率从2%到4%，你得给银行每年多掏多少银子。
