Main entrance on AH

2) Worse: Terwillegar Garderns
. ], i9 Z2 _" ]8 V" [5 F7 KMajor roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)

" `+ `( [. e# G) T' ]: F% F3) So So:  Magrath etc.
6 {: N* x* X- @Main entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
Major roads on 2 sides
" r  Z5 W( W; \3 D& ~
" O7 X& h( B" I/ w9 s$ U4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
Main entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
3 @' o/ I- g- @+ B3 t% cNo Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

+ all in one cul-de-sac
+ DC1/DC2 zoning
