Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)

6 v3 M# a  u& T3) So So:  Magrath etc.
) r7 d( a/ Y6 M/ P6 n, c, JMain entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
Major roads on 2 sides
5 K& B; _7 a: p0 B
: Z) C' n2 V) ~8 o1 q. M. b) N) b4 W4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
) v9 \. Y$ w- wMain entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
No Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

Same as 4.
+ all in one cul-de-sac
+ DC1/DC2 zoning
+ No condo in view
