This is how I view the effects of major road way on the location of newer neighborhoods:

Main entrance on AH

2) Worse: Terwillegar Garderns
Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)

5 w: Y0 q# d0 n, y$ j. k- `3) So So:  Magrath etc.
" d$ R7 X+ T. V3 G8 yMain entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
3 U% w5 ]% }' _( v: s) t$ ?1 k1 I0 @Major roads on 2 sides

( c& T$ H* U9 b% B. c, o4 q4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
; t% m6 `3 V  d& wMain entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
- {3 F- N$ @. Z* m" `No Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

5) Best: Windermere Ridge
