' l5 W4 C; d  z7 _Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)

Main entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
Major roads on 2 sides

4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
* ]% F2 |3 h! I4 xMain entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
( G) l" V$ }0 B6 dNo Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

5) Best: Windermere Ridge
9 }# i  L; S9 i' xSame as 4.
) U1 {& j' F, T! ?, s8 Z+ all in one cul-de-sac
+ DC1/DC2 zoning
+ No condo in view
