1) Worst: Cameron Heights

0 Q/ J) ~- c# @3 m1 j2 L% J2) Worse: Terwillegar Garderns
Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)
+ ^. y# F( u0 r3 ?' N! U  H
3) So So:  Magrath etc.
, d, X  U* F4 E0 r$ o0 zMain entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
% o0 _: e$ e* k# x# w4 rMajor roads on 2 sides

/ n3 p) w, D  z4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
, ~5 i% d. H- X. \& B2 wMain entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
No Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

; |( g' e$ ]* w  }. L! z, D2 x5) Best: Windermere Ridge
Same as 4.

+ DC1/DC2 zoning
