You are right, there are only very few bigger walleyes in the lake and I don't think I would be the lucky one. plus pulling a walleye is just like pulling a piece of log, no fun at all, at least to me, just want a keeper, so if you are after pike, you have a much better chance to get into big ones, there are lots of bigger pikes in the lake and I am pretty sure you will land a walleye while fishing for pike, you know what I mean, when you hook a monster pike, you envolve in a big fight which will be remembered for the next few years......

Buck lake, really easy to catch a legal sized if we fish the drop off by the point given we are on the boat. |
