提价是普遍的,主要两个原因:1。trader给builder的labor报价以2010年为基础,憋了两年了,现在房地产刚刚起步,大家都想捞一瓢,labor收入底部反弹。2。建材涨价,主要是木材。5 y. C# B) e ~! n

但是话说回来,即使涨价,现在的价格比2007年最高期还有一定距离,比如一个07年60万的房子,现在大概52万可以拿到,这还是建立在地价上涨的基础上的,这样看来新房还有涨价空间,也就是我说的,楼主这个问题价值至少5万。
