第二,我的个人经验,要想延长不粘锅的寿命,铲子非常重要!木头铲子其实还是会有划痕的,我现在用双立人牌的硅胶铲子($20),我的锅已经用了1年半了,但表面只有一些轻微的划痕,性能依旧很好。

我08年四月买的,特别好.真的不沾.只放一点油就行,而且没有油烟.没有什么特别注意的地方,总体觉得这个锅挺好的.当时也是想着为了全家人的健康, 所以就下决心买了.( m# N& `: y1 X. {
