If you say 200 won't fix it in the beginning, I may still want to pay the extra. However of course, if you want to charge about the same price as other repair shops, it is not likely I will ask you to fix it. It is quite obvious maybe you have the skills, but you don't have the tools and equipments. The mechanic who fix my car's problem asked me who did it the first time? I said a Chinese garage. He could not believe a car repair shop would do anything like that.
