天寒地冻，财政赤字，FUNDING取消。想登陆埃德蒙顿的还是要考虑清楚。
所说的5月份会不会有FUNDING要等，明说了吧，FUNDING不会有了，至少在这几年内。

根本不是那回事，政府根本不管，只要申请上了，政府不会要求这些，只要你的成绩不要太差不要缺课太多就没事
