JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-
: P( v3 T6 w7 t/ g! zSU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
6 [- E& q& f3 M. M* \) cSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 ^) _$ l5 X; a z1 H* s8 j1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
- Z( [, u# W) V0 L7 ]0 W9 |of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.5 B! g* c+ K: R' j* Q# I* J ^# W
% ?4 V/ `! K. L6 \2 M$ f1 ~/ w2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including + w, ?8 g& E [5 ?
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.# b* i2 ^% R, w1 L
) d/ o- Q: o1 B) W7 `: L0 o
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
. k( l9 q) q* N* D4 ~course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
& G9 Y$ }% I4 Z# g7 a9 y; ?keeping appropriate and accurate records.0 N) V8 I7 \! q* x

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment . o; U/ Z' Z0 U
failures to the Operations Manager.& C1 `; L7 f7 ~' ^4 g
% Z& `- c1 N9 @* u5 z- Y5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, ! G# X; L' b3 s( S
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.5 C# V4 f T3 L

7) To perform other job related duties as necessary.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.2 W4 ~# v3 n1 A
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
