JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-
3 N1 K; E, w. s: v: ]SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
/ @5 g7 d8 l2 d a# L, _3 m" x! tSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects # n6 Y2 B! O8 {* x: g+ R% z, I
of Course Pack production.. ]9 h- m \8 d0 j5 x
& g$ z# H% ?$ L, N1 a2 U4 Y8 e
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:; I1 C" n8 k/ I9 U" K
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning 9 s2 Y3 u$ T- i4 S
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
2 E. Z) ?- ]( p/ `: T v9 e2 @' ?- s( Z8 ^4 ^, J. w, N
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
6 K/ R3 p6 o% Wprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.% f3 }6 f0 I6 v% J6 ?
; h5 l$ d9 x" c, F
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of + u! u7 m$ p: v# b5 b
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and % O1 t1 r) U l4 N# q3 c0 f
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment . V- O0 T U* S+ H0 l. D3 g+ A9 Y

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

QUALIFICATIONS:
* A/ V9 i! ^' D" N; R7 M1 x1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.8 \: g+ g* {' N/ R/ O
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication 5 W6 [5 n) S0 c8 Y, S0 ~1 L
skills.# x$ _1 @3 s0 K( u; o; t
" E+ T/ m5 p' {8 q" Z3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
