Alberta Finance, Edmonton - Tax and Revenue Administration (TRA) needs a dynamic, hands-on leader to lead a
/ {8 s4 b' O' V& J# Kgroup in its CIT (Corporate Income Tax) Returns Processing Unit. As an accomplished problem solver and a
people-motivator, we need you to take on this challenge.

2 z7 ^2 q+ O: F& LAs Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
1 E+ z0 n4 V- S, B1 P3 k" D. U3 p' oassessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
& {' a% \+ }: }" qgroup performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
addressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
. i) @) G$ m' E/ O9 Sprocess recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
assisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

As a proactive and positive supervisor your tact and professionalism are needed to be successful in managing the
3 o, [) b2 y7 Ywork within the TRA Division.

- N% g' e+ Q, b5 k  TQualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
2 i6 N2 x( K% y, c* tsupervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
