As Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
4 B, t: I5 p0 X: r5 [$ H: `0 uassessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
: Y5 }1 r4 f+ v5 L( \1 x$ i, _) cgroup performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
2 f8 g* B1 w# }+ naddressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
process recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
4 u! _0 M  K- N# @6 o( Wassisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

As a proactive and positive supervisor your tact and professionalism are needed to be successful in managing the
work within the TRA Division.

Qualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
supervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
