As Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
/ _5 z9 g5 R7 R8 [( massessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
group performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
* F) P' W: e: C2 p8 E2 F5 ?addressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
2 @7 F9 @+ m2 fprocess recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
assisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

; @4 P% O- y' Q+ _7 JAs a proactive and positive supervisor your tact and professionalism are needed to be successful in managing the
% X4 t6 _) h9 X: b) ^2 ~work within the TRA Division.

; n& ^/ b0 V# O# d! {. }Qualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
supervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
