to deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
' W! W. ~: {3 d% a4 X$ {) Vexperience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
( _7 l% o" m) n( tcoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
job evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
implementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications: University graduation in a related field with at least 5 years related human resource
consulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
' N8 H) Z! [7 junionized environment is desirable. Equivalencies will be considered.
