Royal bank lowered 5 year fix rate yesterday.

看新闻里提到这次降息是暂时的，等7月，9月各大银行提高利率时，贷款利率也会增加。

Currently the fix rate is 5.99%
2 r- I# g% X* p* `5 }7 v( cthe variable rate is Primary - 0.75%, that is 5.25 now.
6 H8 l: D  c5 s, h& uI do not know if I should use fix rate or variable rate .

定期按揭利率取决于债券殖率。 极难预测。换言之，如果有人能正确预测，买卖债券期货，可发大财。
! Y/ d0 \' W  c选择按揭类型取决于个人经济状况，承担风险的能力，以及买房的用途。

5-year-fix rate mortage does not requrie you to pay all the mortgage in full in 5 years. Only the interest rate is fixed in 5 years. You can choose the term as 25 years or 40 years.9 B3 x7 J9 }' n
