Ambassador, you will be part of a 5-person promotions team that will
. z! T L( R: Y8 M/ p; o) ^communicate our campaign messaging and distribute branded giveaways
- p0 F& ?7 O7 ?2 K# v. B' @" lto patrons in and around nightclubs on Whyte Avenue*. For this part- * ^/ U" o) l/ b
time, temporary position we are seeking enthusiastic, outgoing,
- f5 p: z* `& b( }5 jfriendly, and sociable individuals who are comfortable in an
# s' Q. q* ]4 v x3 O8 A7 H& aenergetic nightlife environment.

1) Distribute promotional materials for the "Be a Lover, / z1 e+ v8 V1 l! H* Y
not a Fighter" campaign in and around bars and nightclubs on Whyte
8 I J2 j* u/ L. n3 R, L" C" `7 OAvenue.! W, H `2 l7 V0 c0 U0 `
9 u8 S9 q+ w$ v1 F6 T2) Approach patrons in and around bars and nightclubs on . j: `( c8 l8 I* N) C
Whyte Avenue* to discuss the issue of violence.) @- N& N9 L/ f+ w
6 B8 w X5 ^* a3) Communicate campaign messaging to patrons regarding ; d! M( x m; W( |
violence on Whyte Avenue*.( w7 s+ v' Q! {3 u4 v

4) Assist in the implementation (including: distribution, & w2 `2 R T9 d: t% w8 ?
setup, maintenance, and tear down) of street level advertising 2 T3 I' ^- y* Z7 k! a* H( V1 w
mediums for the campaign.

6) To perform other job related duties as required by the

1) Must be at least 18 years of age.9 Z7 M7 @# c- s# ~# j: {. H+ U: @- |/ u

2) The successful candidates will be enthusiastic, outgoing,

4) Must have strong verbal communication skills.

Remuneration: $30.00 / hour
+ w5 k3 b( _7 Q. G/ rSuccessful candidates can select from shifts available at the

9:00pm - 1:00am (4 hour shift)

Training Session: Successful candidates will be required to attend a + G9 p6 P! C& @; o X) f
one-hour training session (at the rate of $15/hour) scheduled at a ( w O' G! e1 ] z' o# d
time (probably June 27th 2007) during the week before their first shift.
