! P& g4 m! O5 x5 vJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

% c2 |2 R9 g# l" nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

- b+ r) \: z" T) D1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
$ t1 E4 k; Y' U) i7 K
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

# O7 D$ d+ X0 `: T- U, g* b3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

$ N/ n# _# }1 T0 P# D- p4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
7 b& Y0 ]- m4 |deliveries.

. j6 K0 ~. X' l9 A  _$ {& q5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
7 C) t) e  [/ p, l3 v6 S
& |3 n+ `& R% m% y, `6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.
& S; c7 T. Z$ d5 y' ]
7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
# O* b$ }3 a' j0 q* AManager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
. a% U& {& p. d6 G  V, d
1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
! T# x. }$ l$ n5 R
6 ^/ ~" u0 B' v+ [* _2) Previous experience with food inventories.
8 {' E% n$ i. p4 D  a
; X3 o# d" g; W: g) z4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on
