: Z+ c. v# ?( q) \1 |' w9 _7 J% cOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

  _2 G7 n  Q: X4 C2 A1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
% y4 k- E1 i. }& q) I3 c( q# G* p
! K# O6 N4 M' s3 I+ y7 ~% ~$ J2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
) a% m& b; B# pCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.

/ {# m7 o) `- X4 J5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
& |+ o: }5 i/ V. S- N
6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

' U9 z4 @3 i! A" N8 u7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

9 z' N$ v1 d) c- o- o* r! RQUALIFICATIONS;

7 _) Y5 Y# P$ ?, k1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

1 f' V+ ]& ]9 W, t1 ]" z& r2) Previous experience with food inventories.
2 I& q/ u/ ~- f6 e3 h4 \! M. N& h
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

- C. j& q/ W7 @8 y5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on
