3 U1 K% f( \  z( v  kJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior  
- q- w; K/ x( y: f8 KOperations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
4 ?4 `" [0 M  }( ?: p, J. Gassist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
! d, F3 Q/ A& _) _1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
% M$ b, x% s" E+ [$ Q) W, Afood in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen  
area.

0 k: t  C2 }& H: N6 y2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
per Capital Health standards.

4)              Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to  
work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services  
operating hours.

7 F9 B& n5 j7 k5 k4 S- I5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior  
) C! J- T9 R8 i% r& v3 {Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

9 _# h- P6 S2 ^/ P1 L/ NQUALIFICATIONS;
- s1 d. O$ W4 t9 [! |: R1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
* h  r/ P- n8 j$ A9 B; ~food handling and storage techniques.
$ v4 R8 o$ U. x  F; x+ Y
2)              Some cooking/baking experience.

# X1 ]/ [9 F8 ]' |. X1 P3) Cashier experience.

$ S+ F. s9 j8 _5 Q, D0 Q" |! U4 M4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

6 O' {. V( `$ `- s6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
