JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
/ h1 u7 I, l; D! m1 M' J% A) Kassist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

  e6 b3 ~7 D+ G6 C+ ODUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen  
2 Y) l% s8 [' p7 J' farea.

2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
/ m9 `% N& I% R7 k% v0 n  I* X& `
3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
5 c" k; g4 t/ N$ iper Capital Health standards.

4)              Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to  
work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services  
' A; |8 y, U/ f2 Moperating hours.

' y1 S; {) v& K/ M+ n5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

) s: L, y) |$ ]% zQUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
food handling and storage techniques.

2)              Some cooking/baking experience.
% j6 j( F/ n& {1 K6 Q
# A+ P. z: x* y+ x# b% d/ ?5 N& C3) Cashier experience.
; z# V) ~$ k% w
; j2 ]1 y& A9 S, \6 p+ O2 k/ E4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

& I8 v) d7 }" }2 m5) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
