JOB SUMMARY: The Chief Returning Officer reports to the President of

2000. The Chief Returning Officer shall be recommended to Students'

3) To choose the Deputy Returning Officer(s) and assign their duties.# M2 M- t7 [: n8 B* r* m* `2 K

4) To organize polls during elections/referenda, including appointing 5 l6 h e3 [% x8 s; x
adequate poll staff and situating polls at appropriate locations

5) To oversee the physical count of the ballots during elections/

6) To report the result of an election/referendum to the appropriate 1 H9 P+ H( S3 O% \

10) To be available to all parties during elections/referenda for a
