, R$ U. j6 g2 H) y/ G* {. BJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
# Q4 `6 Q* f4 Fpolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

$ A4 e7 @/ W4 o! z/ K" yDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.
6 @: Z4 W) y8 h! E$ k+ Q9 T$ {
3 `$ X2 G+ R& n3 e$ j% F' y2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

7 c' G7 B9 q' I4 @0 A9 z3 K$ J3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
1 o* M; W7 S1 f+ _of garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
+ e9 p$ _% {6 N* w( m8 [' Nconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
0 @, u% Z* T9 W  x& Yarea when required.
) }- L1 J, V5 x( C
5 s7 \. f7 Q2 K4 o$ ~" B/ @6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
% p3 }& T8 L' gManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
- p1 M" _9 l& F1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
' s2 A3 Z; E' Q5 b8 Zcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

+ S- x! o8 p: Z6 S5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities
5 b! H: w5 O: \$ }1 T2 Z
Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
