JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
' z7 J# W( u& k0 d) w! e; l(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
0 p# F; \5 S3 P! q( b3 s0 i) \& Epolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

4 H. X2 R9 [) U4 XDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.
+ Q0 n& a3 b6 n+ v
" e1 d" d& n* w# T2 I" V/ P, }2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
! G5 ?  {* D, f& N4 ^! A! p/ Sof garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
" I1 c) Q9 Y1 |8 b. }consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5 |# q0 a( }9 A5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
. n0 x; J3 J& l; M% x, mManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
- ^& U! T( _$ F% B1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
, d7 F1 h/ v! ~6 {; A- g1 q' s
* G, k% y9 q) i( R8 s4 \! J% y2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
: b4 y$ ~: |# dof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

) q6 q0 ]0 R2 Y8 I+ f4 L2 y4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general
