JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager , z- u3 S3 H" I& ]! I
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT / [/ \! I* e3 ^5 c( A+ `! {
policies. Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.; q- }0 L2 H; K
/ P3 ?5 O# x5 E' k) j; DDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 N' k1 a/ p5 T& a) @7 i; d1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age # [/ [6 V* a/ x1 i) [3 L- k
and are University affiliated.! ?% ?8 o3 O/ B& q+ |4 a) [% E9 X( ^
3 _; E2 O- x' D4 X2 {0 g2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.. _+ X. M8 H& f" `, s
6 j) v$ c; o" A: M# \3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free

consumption of alcohol, altercations, theft and vandalism.

7 T. r+ p: G! P1 P8 Q1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety / U4 n8 O7 ^+ u/ V% T
of patrons and/or possible negative situations. To be able to work 2 {# @5 A, K1 Q4 L
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.- J4 X* z0 u7 y/ l4 t
