POSITION SUMMARY:
7 N& U+ T2 K6 }2 V4 r4 `
•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
' {! m4 g- e- w: P) M+ n•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
' {6 L' d5 ?. d•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
! O" n0 i6 N% ^* y% M•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

! M* k3 H1 B. fREQUIREMENTS:

•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
5 O" ^# H; r+ V! F: a7 G0 O•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
7 w) _  L* k. @# ?9 N% X6 O2 [•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
" x! q. N9 n1 H7 g•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
