•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
. {" |) o. t1 f/ uKey areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
2 v8 R. C4 \3 p! D6 y. g9 d•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
: X0 b/ A+ y* @7 ~  W% ^•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
: J8 Q& F; [2 i: G1 j& M•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

REQUIREMENTS:

•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
9 W) f5 [' ?8 L$ e•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
) E1 L1 o. E6 P8 ?+ `! V/ S•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
7 ^+ ~8 R$ p6 F* z•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
