• Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.
0 f7 p. k2 q4 j% PKey areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.

• Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.8 a, d4 K- m$ G8 f- H# W, b: }8 y
• Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

• Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.7 b, R$ Z7 z& F* n

• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
