POSITION SUMMARY:

& }& v3 n7 I) _+ S: R•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
7 b$ v% x) p% m$ Q8 @2 ?Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
! l. a3 E% p, \7 m: v/ ?•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

, e8 ?% A2 @1 a! {0 b+ [! E# @3 d•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

REQUIREMENTS:

•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.

•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
