POSITION SUMMARY:
% _4 \' V! u3 C' ^5 f* F
•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
9 E4 }0 d* F0 i; u! }•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
" x9 t$ a  o% ^•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
7 e; Z. s/ a! [•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:
9 i; J4 |( {& G- C" C
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
5 K2 K: r+ t! ?; W% @7 Z•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
; S: a* u1 W' z! O% O( p" _•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
, g3 K6 |* P. b: U; p% W* Y•        Strong Leadership skills.
% |: ]  I6 g1 _; }•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
