• Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:7 q7 }$ K$ f/ m b, `, t7 \+ }% X
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
! R3 n& D, h) e• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
" y5 N% M8 H% U8 Z/ }/ O• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays./ d) y& T2 d6 j
• Control store-operating expenses.

• Manage store physical inventory.

• University or College diploma in Business an asset.
9 i B# `1 h- u/ _6 ?# R" @• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
% ]) [) t# `6 o3 _0 _$ f$ O' ]+ j• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
; |. X% x$ N. |0 a, Z• Excellent customer service skills.

• Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
