•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
) {, h, w, p6 X) B•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
1 @$ ^7 d" p7 P8 y•        Control store-operating expenses.
/ K1 K( I% C# K& q•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.


REQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
9 Q8 L1 \: `( y7 P5 r  `& X•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
  u+ P+ B+ ^6 d; q" d3 r. B•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
$ [- ?0 `' K$ `! k•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
