•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
9 y8 I# g( u# a: ]•        Lead by example in company service standards.
3 Q5 A' f+ D2 b7 s; n3 r•        Manage store physical inventory.
/ ^# Y9 T( u1 [) ?•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.


REQUIREMENTS:
: @7 q4 [+ W- [3 T$ T. A3 o
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
