POSITION SUMMARY:

• Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:! s: F" q( v0 I8 G& J2 o: s
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.2 F2 X( U6 q8 Y; O! r
• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
- x$ L. V V! X+ L) E9 w, v- p• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.& A! j: X/ V6 a; c- H( I. _
• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.; q4 j+ e& _7 s* n+ v* i4 D
• Excellent customer service skills.
