POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

•        Lead by example in company service standards.

•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:
( f, Y9 i/ B% K2 o1 |/ P+ m
; {9 g' V. K( ~1 e/ r3 W3 z•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
( b+ n/ E; j; K3 ?1 ^•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
$ J" g7 a9 M4 o- n•        Excellent customer service skills.
# ]$ y% M3 f, s2 p& C0 }; i•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
# {6 c! e1 {) N•        Strong Leadership skills.
