Just like your name, mobile home does not have a land (or lot). Your house is located on a rented land. So you need $ a: u% |; w# ato pay the land rent every month. The owner of the lank can increase the land without the limit. Once he raise the / E8 j% y& Q* W$ urent to a price that you don't satisfy, you have to move to other land. That will be a big pain to you.
