Role Details
% \' i3 X# e( P" u' H/ j$ SHours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday–Friday) — full-time; Lieu of time and working on weekends is possible
! ~& I( u9 @& n* G9 W; x8 J8 yLocation: Our office is in the south; travel to north sites required
Vehicle: Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required; vehicle reimbursement provided
Probation: 90-day probationary period

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
$ i9 t( l& K( P9 f! e$ sInvestigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
Manage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work
1 x4 \+ a/ l9 \' S2 MIssue notices to tenants
! o7 u- P: ]7 w% o* G' d2 jCommunicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts
Monitor repair status and property condition
8 o* z6 J- K; L& i. r% k& G# rUse property-management software to track and complete tasks
