Role Details
, {* a0 C6 [) V- `; QHours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday–Friday) — full-time; Lieu of time and working on weekends is possible
Location: Our office is in the south; travel to north sites required
Vehicle: Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required; vehicle reimbursement provided
Probation: 90-day probationary period

Requirements

At least 1 year of relevant work experience

Class 5 driver’s license

Key Responsibilities
Investigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
; P" y2 `9 h8 @* R  yManage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work
Issue notices to tenants
  m" T3 J5 x1 ^1 s2 U, L$ j0 rCommunicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts
Monitor repair status and property condition
Use property-management software to track and complete tasks
