Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday–Friday) — full-time; Lieu of time and working on weekends is possible

8 h- }: A7 c  A6 S* eVehicle: Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required; vehicle reimbursement provided

Requirements

Preferred

Investigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
Manage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work
Issue notices to tenants
, A; U$ [- b) lCommunicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts
Monitor repair status and property condition
) @( Y4 w& s, F8 H3 S9 t$ V; eUse property-management software to track and complete tasks
