( k4 G4 v" ]. ]7 L( ^" Z27.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 3 p.m. until 8:30  
p.m., Monday through Friday

17.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00  
4 b/ O& B: T' I, |6 w! q) fp.m., Monday through Friday
JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
2 M  I& Q  ~& Z) I5 yOperations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

; r9 x2 w0 G, ?$ V9 |. p- mDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
- k- `+ l$ _+ N1 V1) Serve as cashier when required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

+ e& X# k. J) Z  N2 A3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

- D$ I! ~( v- e$ b2 r2 F* F3 {, p4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

. W& K0 d6 }# P( T# H8 B6) Perform monthly food inventory.
) l: h+ f; g/ S7 n; J
7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
2 R& t1 E( F# e9 g; ashifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.
; M9 M! |- ]+ ?& c
9 E% s1 O# L* `- p To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

$ _3 h* S' c7 x% h7 [+ sQUALIFICATIONS;
, P$ p3 L) K) B' \2 p& x1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
* E: Q2 N1 [5 Lknowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

- g! g$ G/ I+ p; U8 v. t- y2) Previous experience with food inventories.

3) Cashier experience.
! E" ^$ P  U2 k8 [  o4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Very good public and staff relations.

& y! B) Q0 g# }6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

February 14/97/Union Position

Wage: $8.96/hour (under negotiation) plus 50% discount on food  
$ U/ c# q: {  N2 R0 ~7 N3 }purchased at SU outlets to be eaten on shift break
