JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1) Serve as cashier when required.
2 s$ @# t6 s7 W- M1 u/ F: ]
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
+ x& ]: _' b9 ]
3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

* `  B/ Y+ c" @" t+ _4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

( a" o+ a2 H' a# _, k0 g. g5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

! w3 [# \! m( X( ^% n( l6) Perform monthly food inventory.

( D$ K8 D. I: W& [3 a7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

" H) Y* }% G' |5 V; [% A To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

+ s, R. F. ~$ HQUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

& Y* c$ M! u& O) a) S3) Cashier experience.
9 U1 Y+ S- }. _$ h) o) r) f  O) a0 k4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
# U& B! E$ m8 Y+ ?; c* Q5 I, Y3 q4 u
. V# R# g2 L* @) ~  _* R5) Very good public and staff relations.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

Wage: $8.96/hour (under negotiation) plus 50% discount on food
