p.m., Monday through Friday

17.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00

, ]8 S8 M0 ^$ Z$ M9 A' X3 B; F4 lJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
4 L7 x1 o1 S; }" e. ^Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
, F8 N( ]! x( U* ^1) Serve as cashier when required.
+ v+ Z3 e7 I% G' g* l1 Z0 ^
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

! {; D% S. w2 E* ^9 [3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.
$ g9 m& z  t, `( m% [& k! B- c$ s
6) Perform monthly food inventory.

0 ^; V3 o" g4 B% V5 N' N$ N( i' D7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
, s' @# H) A* k7 D+ k' ]shifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

4 s0 O+ _! q- e3 s$ V To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

& b6 v; o! e6 Z) L' T' M* xQUALIFICATIONS;
+ b9 K& u5 D* J: p1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
8 Q6 A4 O/ v- Z: g2 T4 l2 ?  Dknowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4 d8 b9 Q4 V0 x( d  i) s3) Cashier experience.
: e6 X2 `/ t7 t& i# t( }: \4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
) B2 z/ d" m% E6 f0 _) ]# Y3 H9 u
! |0 I1 o3 m/ P2 @  }; t& g5) Very good public and staff relations.

2 o' {8 \+ C( ?8 R! P& L6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
