procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of customer service, ! ]4 e v$ q; s$ g
cleanliness and order in the bar.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
4 r9 ^7 S' s& z5 p' N1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and , g |6 r, ^+ c& S( v
beverage items.

2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the

3 t0 E* F6 k. R! n T' @3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of

. L& i6 X4 x, {$ Q: L3 ~4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular

seating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.

storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol , S2 g# T' V* U* K- U- h; L
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.- e( c( W0 D' I- f" c
, T# z ]/ P7 t1 I6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close ; W5 |( Q1 b0 A) }, f0 u' d
monitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a

QUALIFICATIONS:

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume 6 X: ^5 A: W* t) e

3) Excellent work habits, appearance, personal hygiene and dress in 8 R+ u: z! W/ ]' x: T

4) Good physical condition, the ability to handle full beer kegs.
