procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of customer service, 5 C: m5 e; a9 G$ {
cleanliness and order in the bar.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:. l9 c! w& @+ M
1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and
, V: |, F/ Q; H. F; n4 Pbeverage items.' S0 w1 u# T8 J8 y
2 d( F, f. L! k d9 W9 M7 F$ `# y2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the . a) ~# H0 n8 q' ?2 p2 e
bar and debit floats.% Y' p, A; n% _- R7 P5 [' V$ f& F* O
' Y' Q* Q/ |. }$ |8 z$ S3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of
* S' Z6 W3 E: y2 Beach shift, and upon closing.

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular / x7 I# q" l+ @8 ~) m/ Y3 g
attention to areas used by customers including bar counters and
+ Q7 J: E7 h7 u- z* T3 D: M( x. mseating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.+ Y# i. g( ]' [0 a
" S4 F9 C: d7 k5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in
" @# \/ e8 J2 ^$ p# e! L+ Mstorage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol : r( E# O b( j
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.

6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close ; D$ m3 T, l0 s. V4 t
monitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a . O ]9 y" z. `- H+ b/ I) l0 u8 [+ Q
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude in : e/ m9 Q8 t- v

7) Training part-time staff in a manner consistent with maintaining a 3 ]8 R! o' O8 G4 P
high standard of customer service and effective operation of the room.

QUALIFICATIONS:
$ k& B0 V( f" u! i; z c1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume 3 S! B8 T" u7 {/ Y
operation.

l5 w; [0 U6 q9 [3) Excellent work habits, appearance, personal hygiene and dress in 1 ?+ `7 Z$ Q; S
accordance with Students' Union policy.

4) Good physical condition, the ability to handle full beer kegs.
