Operations Manager, the Bartender is responsible for carrying out the / F4 I% h: {# G8 Z3 K) o6 Y6 x) m
procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of customer service,

- v6 |' I1 V/ `. l2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the ! @! s6 w8 S9 [* i/ D& ?

3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular
, ?: d A+ c1 j) tattention to areas used by customers including bar counters and
' i R! `7 `; Z6 F+ u; Qseating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.

( p( c8 F& [# r d6 Z% h9 u4 O5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in
) X) B, z6 M& m7 P4 Rstorage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol 3 {4 h- A2 T( u$ @
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.

6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close & K- R, v6 K' M. n3 `. p
monitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a

accordance with Students' Union policies.

7) Training part-time staff in a manner consistent with maintaining a

Authority Act, U of A and Students´ Union regulations and policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:
; z5 L! ~4 p( \& O1 c: h1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume , _2 n8 y1 F+ K1 R! i
operation.

~7 \3 _7 x/ ?: H4 C* ?; ^! n9 U0 u3) Excellent work habits, appearance, personal hygiene and dress in
