procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of customer service,

1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and
# e. c1 Y5 ^( ~# ~; dbeverage items.

2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the

3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of + o+ `$ E9 [4 ?/ }& t

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular

seating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.# D8 }; C4 g8 g* L

storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol - a* @: @, V! R# h ]; ?
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.2 M% A+ q% S3 r8 b. [: Q. j
# i. k' C9 p: X" j& A6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close ' L: N! v: L! }9 ~
monitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a

7) Training part-time staff in a manner consistent with maintaining a

QUALIFICATIONS:

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume 4 Q, L# P: J. Z# q5 Q
operation.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance, personal hygiene and dress in
