1. Able to communicate fluently in English

3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions4 K( `9 k" a* X0 c3 a5 S. C
4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails, t- j8 O7 K' z; p2 S$ h
5. Has class 5 drivers license
5 @8 {5 j% o8 o$ d+ I2 B9 }2 `" R2 c6. At least 1-year work experience in any field

Job Duties:
( J2 a# J' a7 q: y X1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools
* E# L+ X6 C# D7 U4 o* h2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
+ T3 B4 x- z* [ ?. M/ D; ^; @3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties" ~# W# {) j0 Z' n( X
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
- z$ k/ D( D$ G" @# y9 ?5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs% l2 n( r" `" W+ }. f {1 L
6. Communicate and Assign maintenance work to third-party maintenance company
