1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools
, m, W9 @8 h2 J' H5 Q! d/ `" u2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks5 ]9 t9 }0 U4 f7 }" Z7 Y, y6 ~* y
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties8 p$ ^) Q) M% p }3 x
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices- R. X+ p: Q# m W- {
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs& j. D2 N, x+ _- V3 B
