5. Has class 5 drivers license

& k3 H4 y1 y( N7 T5 {/ G4 z2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
; Q. C, A0 b( S( V) _1 u; U3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties

5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
