At least 1-year customer service working experience in Canada

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.$ A5 i" ^1 _& |3 `. `( v5 Q: s
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.& J" }+ `# I$ a7 Q5 m& @4 C1 E
k6 Z$ ]9 v" n- m6 hMaintenance- U7 O% x9 q* O
Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.
8 ~* w1 B8 u6 r6 n& E% oMonitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
) b1 O' \$ l* t6 Z0 B! A7 bEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
% ] |( b4 K$ ]3 F0 rSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
$ J+ w8 _) x2 B5 M) KConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
6 d3 @0 y. F. P2 }! YPlan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
$ z+ M3 v5 w5 f4 EEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
