# k. Y9 ^; {, S; ^+ oAny experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
8 U) N* x. w' T u1 xMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
; L3 @' }( v( e5 FEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.. Y3 O( W9 t5 i, b3 j. z- d
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
% j U8 p! p7 c; n; AConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
& z$ R* F7 L/ W0 T: T# k1 vPlan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
% `4 o: b$ B! H4 S8 @" J) LEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
