As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.' S! c6 @% {, G5 J# u/ q, k0 c6 y

Maintenance
' o! t( h/ h2 d K7 nPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.4 [, V! \7 ]6 g
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
9 D/ }; K1 J8 q. S6 }& {& fEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.4 s* R, L3 e! I8 h; C
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.! a) ]4 k1 v' g+ b' C
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.# I* z. `) f! J9 n D. H
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.3 @8 Q. b' h; r; B' U {
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.$ o1 ^5 w2 m# t. m
