As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting. 3 w7 I, l# K- _$ M- c. ?

Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.

3 ? Y) D; q( n* k- }( SMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.5 j& @, N! F9 T
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.4 y! N2 P. q4 Z3 F8 ?4 r7 o
Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
