As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting./ L, v4 a7 y! k/ Q# y

Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.

Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
" p3 U7 D( Q; c T% i, v0 p+ d& `, ?Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.9 s b) o+ X$ j
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.5 {: g# A' y( O; [# F
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.

. V' l1 x# _% b- P1 IEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
