As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting./ D( W# J+ p4 l5 m* n

Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.

) |: j! { K: I7 {; c$ YCollection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.) {/ ]4 A& v9 r* ]4 R3 G l3 U
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
1 B2 I% `: r3 [9 o9 C4 v% WSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
9 `( c8 h( V1 wConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained. N7 C+ Q M6 Z5 h( Y4 `, T
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.$ i7 z6 s7 Q/ n
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.( o$ s% e9 i- F5 d% p# H0 w
