As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.  ~1 [  \9 h+ o* n% w( d  m

Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Supervision of contract service providers.

Rent payment follow up

Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.- Q4 M4 q( ^/ U) W# d) V, U, L
Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.$ e1 L: p7 s+ D+ Q: [. {+ B& \4 i
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

4 @3 _2 o& K- S3 ]# t# l5 ^4 R% H0 FPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.
- y3 h5 n) t5 y0 ~; `Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
! a& F; q, f( z) I1 y/ ]( a& l; xEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
, O8 c3 y$ A( @( kSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.1 c' Z% u/ `: g8 t; [) ]
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained." {+ A6 S3 A. h7 V0 F1 G2 q
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.- C7 J6 N# |. y/ g$ P5 f
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
