The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
) B' P; [$ l% g0 I. v# EStudent Intern.

Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
; e$ v4 k* u% K# E% }/ @6 Nanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
+ I' {( e* v9 F; \3 Z9 Q# Lmaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
% b2 |/ t1 r7 j% @3 `" V# k2 _6 v$ Zadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
  H. i5 N8 Z& caddresses and general office duties.
; O% H$ s( j8 M; q
Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
0 J& b; r4 Z% H9 t% C( xpeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
/ @# J2 y' r+ k" T6 |& tskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
; O. |+ D3 ?& _$ fan asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
