The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
Student Intern.

Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.
- f' M5 l1 l  @! }. {
6 i5 m  O* ?0 ZDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
9 k! P0 M; J) a# imaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
  m7 A  J* P  E; kaddresses and general office duties.

* s% A: R0 @% @1 x3 B& @7 M% |Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
1 x4 c& q/ h& {/ d# E0 zproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
# O$ r$ ]8 R' d% Q+ f  {2 oan asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
9 _4 o5 K6 b. R4 P$ vdirections.
