The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
Student Intern.

3 A% {7 g2 A' ?' P$ cSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.
$ |+ y/ f: D) |
' _5 e6 J% _$ k) ]Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
1 C& v2 w  a0 Canswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
( {6 G7 |% t6 U3 u) v0 z2 P. Vadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
5 }; J, i: F5 a: w' Saddresses and general office duties.
% T6 R, |3 G& I0 J
Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
; Z) g2 Y+ D1 Q/ N$ P) xproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
) \4 J, M$ `$ {* E+ Han asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
8 m- p1 O8 N6 wdirections.
