recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
2 p/ h. v, r* o+ ?5 \0 bStudent Intern.

, ?, P0 T. j2 D$ QSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

5 ?8 M4 I& e* c. W7 \& LDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
& I! B5 [) y2 a5 C$ Pmaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
7 C: _* u- @. x  I/ H. \admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
: b! ?" u) O: F9 I- Apeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
" m3 ?, v: x; h8 d3 G* oskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
4 u) v( D; y9 ~- x6 v1 g8 Fproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
: `+ D% ]9 t. Pdirections.
