The Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.

- Y# N6 l, {8 {6 H9 D5 T' O* wMust be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials
# O& b. }4 M1 y% M- t8 wInspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials

Ability to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization
