9 v) e+ p" r) M& i* J$ T4 w: ^& hPosting Rental Ads: Advertising available rental properties on platforms like Kijiji, Rent Faster, and Marketplace to attract potential tenants. This involves creating appealing ads, including relevant details and updating them regularly.

Viewing Arrangements: Scheduling and conducting property viewings with interested prospective tenants.

WHO YOU ARE:

3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a client – facing, customer service - focused environment.' X' ~9 r9 E1 Z# }2 H

Ability to work and act independently, using good judgment when assessing difficult situations and apply problem solving skills.
