Job duties:
1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals

7 \6 N$ u% Z9 _8 N; @3. Maintenance requests follow up
4. Handling phone calls and emails
2 x  T# O  h: s2 A5. Bookkeeping
6. Visit the building and enter the units
; c. m% J1 i9 S0 I) \1 X7. Live on-site is preferred
5 T$ _$ l; w( `8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
9. More duties to be assigned by Chenjie

Live on-site:
1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
