        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and managers.
        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
) {3 h5 a+ w9 o' p+ l; z* g         Generate reports.
+ N" c+ V6 N: Y* b! C2 \$ i         Provide friendly and professional services.
( w3 l% {( D; M- w2 l3 @2 @         Update customer information.
        Filling paperwork and document.
2 q) d; M9 X0 Y         Monitor and order office supplies.
! J- t0 u4 v/ \  w* K         Container information update
0 O# D- S" e, h9 c: }6 j         Keep the office clean and organized.

Qualifications
1 W3 n# h9 t0 l9 c  W         Strong verbal and written English.
4 {* c/ s! d4 ?  y- R* P$ ^: \* B         Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
" i1 L/ Q7 M% }; l        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
        Strong & out-going personality.
