· Assisting in the management of online sales platforms.

· Take care of all order related matters from A to Z and Urgent Time manner.

· Customer relationship management.
) H( B! s3 Q( B: R
; v* S- T9 A2 i· Operating independent marketing projects under the direction.

· Communicating with suppliers, warehouse, business contacts to solve specific issues.

) v( i9 v" w4 Q  S/ _, a% A& i· Completing specific tasks directed by online business manager.

· Supporting other office staffs when needed, such as Data entry and processing.

· Assisting yearly auditing

· Other duties as required.

1) Monday – 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

2 X/ w/ F9 `5 C2) Tuesday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

· Attendance is key factor

· Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and strong time management skills

· Teamwork request - Works well with others and independently. Work needs to be done in time manner.
