6 Z0 t+ _" \4 sBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
) K7 t9 Y  A# J' e1 y. @1 T2 ~Duties and Responsibilities:
4 r( R( W$ r3 Y9 l) u1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
  _4 Q0 s2 e% v) Y; Z3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
0 ^) Q6 }5 [6 E+ z+ G4. Calibration of Equipment
' i8 L$ q, a# [9 P2 |4 d) \5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
! Z0 V. S- {6 X8 H& L( L7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
6 J0 p) z( V1 Y, c, @1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
2 X5 H6 u8 H- x9 x! _2 a4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
