Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
4 i$ U# b7 `2 N6 e. QDuties and Responsibilities:
5 A7 {# w' Z7 N+ N! }1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
9 X3 Y. y: ^2 Y+ q3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
; G- l+ W5 q& e: u6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
