MadeFresh Foods Inc. is a fresh food manufacturer providing high-quality ready-to-eat food to your local grocery store.   MadeFresh Foods Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for a part time position in Edmonton, AB.
Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
1 M9 R* {# Z  y0 i2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
, e$ M8 ?' s% f4 ^/ r/ s5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
% K: b. Y: Z+ W0 L9 q5 f- T; TSkills and specifications:
1 p' V  V: B; s8 S9 _1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
! d- x% o# L  `: K& b+ ^% `2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
, D# }9 w  A6 O0 j/ w) `3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
3 R8 k' {1 e4 U2 e3 d8 Z/ i- [4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
