" \3 K  _9 M' G$ h9 x- X0 ]" @* t; K0 U9 @Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
1 v0 f! Q5 V  TDuties and Responsibilities:
' F6 ^" z9 l6 j7 j1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
  o% B: A' @* P5 i0 P8 Q6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
1 _% Y/ F! h/ e6 V7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
, u1 V' d4 r& Q: ?; L2 d2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
& B" d" ?% I9 ~( S! y. @: G3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
