Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
& h6 }& F, Z# M& n6 a1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
; p) s+ B2 A! J4 c9 u, O0 A4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
/ V% H6 h) h8 s! g0 R" \6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
8 i- ?7 J% j3 h8 i/ D+ A7. Other duties as assigned
7 [' i0 ^1 F" j+ o- x. |Skills and specifications:
3 p' b) s9 X/ E! M* a; M4 S1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
6 r/ F$ n5 K- ]4 k3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
' Q9 D& P" u$ M. y2 s. ]7 r6 t4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
